Close to the run Info!!!

Soon it's time for the biggest Swedish scooter run of the year! After some unsubscribes and about the same number of new registrations, we are currently about 250 enlisted participants. There are a few places left, sign up on the website if you are eager to come!

Observe!! The registration will close at 24:00 Wednesday 19'th of August. We will no accept any other than registered paticipants at the run.

Grand Circus Hotel
We want to clarify a little about the place of the run. Grand Circus Hotel is not an ordinary hotel, but a campsite where they offers accommodation in circus carriages. If you want to live on the site in a caravan, tent, motorhome or caravan, book via their email grandcircushotel@gmail.com. There is a circus tent on site, where the live bands will play. During the concerts the number of participants inside the tent is limited to 50. Thus, not all participants will be able to stay under cover at the same time. Bring clothes for the weather!
Nudge, right now The Fortune Teller's Wagon is actually available, so book it right away if you want to stay luxurious during the weekend!

Food and Drinks
Baron von Oberlicht´s food truck and outdoor seating are on the site. There you will be be able to buy supper, folk beer, cider and non-alcoholic drinks during the weekend. We will not sell stronger drinks, so you simply have to bring it with you. No food or drinks are included in the fee, but paid on the site by credit card or Swish.

Rideouts
During the weekend we run two joint rideouts. On Friday we drive a shorter trip along the coast, just over an hour on nice roads and certainly with the possibility of a cooling bath. We have shortened Saturday's rideout, to focus on really nice roads. We will drive approx. 110 km, so feel free to bring a gas can anyway as we do not stop and refuel on the way. The goal is Vismarlöv, where it will be possible to buy lunch. We are many scooter riders, so we will ride in three groups, more details about this you get on the site. Bring a refueled spare can, when there are so many of us we can not stop at the gas station. Before the weekend, you will be able to find digital maps of all the routes on this website.

Dragrace
Due to low interest fot the activity , the dragracing will unfortunately not take place.

Concours d’Elegance
Once back from Saturday's rideout, we run the scooters' own Beauty Contest. We compete for desirable prizes in various classes, before a well-known jury that chooses the winners. To participate in the contest, park your scooter at the designated place when you return from the rideout, .

Music
During the weekend, four live bands will play on stage in the big Circus tent, read more about the bands under the News section. We will limit the number of people inside the tent to a maximum of 50 people at time. Staff on site will handle this, follow their instructions. We open up the sides of the tent, so that all participants can enjoy the gigs, at a reasonable distance. You will also be invited to hang out and dance from several awesome DJ’s during the evenings.

Dyno
There will be a Dyno bench on site for those of you who want to test how much horsepower you have in your scooter. This is handled by knowledgeable staff and the benching is paid on site (300 SEK).

Covid-19
Due to the current situation, we have adapted the run and the area to FHM's recommendations. We would like to once again encourage you to think a little extra carefully during the weekend. As we said, we are outdoors all the time and the meeting is adapted to the current situation. Follow the officials' directives and think of each other! We have rented extra sanitary equipment and hand sanitizer will be available.

Before and After
We have subscribed to the Grand Circus Hotel Friday to Sunday, but they are open both before and after the run, if you have plenty of time and want to stay in Malmö a little extra. Check with the booking, you will surely get a really good price on a circus car!
